Sushi Nami Wayne

This place is the home of quick, delicious sushi that is consistent and tasty. Ordering off an electronic menu makes placing your order an excellent experience with little room for error. And the speed with which they prepare your order is such a pleasure. I'm actually trying to show up earlier and earlier for my orders, and it is waiting for me every time! The service is outstanding, but their sushi rolls are better. We've tried competitors that are tougher to deal with and less reliable. In my opinion, Sushi Nami, in Wayne, is the most consistent, delicious sushi you can get on the Western Rt 30 corridor.

1) The service WAS slow! had to wait 20 to 25 minutes after completing the appetizers and also slow to get the check after we were done...one word "SLOW". 2) The food was just okay, they are NOT authentic Japanese food. As someone lived in japan more than 8 years, yes, I am picky with what I get when it comes to Japanese food. It is Chinese people making Japanese food, If you know what I am saying here. Ordered Chi ra shi Don (ちらし丼） “chirashi” means “scattered,” so it suppose to be in a big traditional japanese wooden bowl, rice mixed with all kinds of sashimi/fish pieces, Japanese sweeten eggs and etc. what I got here was --- a plate with some fishes over rice...so disappointing. the presentation was so wrong and the tastes were not great either. Worth to mention : Sushi rice is the soul of japanese sushi making. It was not good sushi rice and I dont think they mixed the vinegar/sugar ratio correctly . Won't go back.

Nice little sushi spot in a strip mall. We went here on a Saturday night around 9pm and were seated right away. The place was not busy at all. Friendly staff. Fresh fish. We are sushi snobs and are very picky with our places we visit. Tried this place as a new spot and we will go back.

The waiters and the service was very nice. The food came very quickly, and it was delicious. This is definitely the sushi place when you’re craving for sushi.
