The staff was extremely great and the food is OUTSTANDING. I especially enjoyed my chicken Florentine with angel hair pasta (instead of roasted potatoes that are served with the entrees) and it was the best I have ever had. I'm not a pasta lover and I couldn't stop eating it! Felt cramped and was a bit noisy, energetic, but nice looking with the subway tile and wood tables and chairs. Friendly and helpful staff. “Food was really, really good. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that they started bringing out our entrees before we had any of our appetizers. Our server was very nice and attentive and he explained that they were having issues with a new ordering system. We were fine waiting, but had to send back an entree when it came out before our salad/app course. Drinks were good. They made an awesome French martini. My friends liked their sangrias (one red, one white). The margaritas are always good, and big. The guac could have used more lime and maybe some onion soup more flavor. The steak appetizer was amazing. The seafood over angel hair was one of the best I ever had. Everything was tasty and good. I will definitely be back. Great spot for a group since you can order lots of things to pass around.”

“We tried out The Goat's Beard for the first time for Sunday brunch and it was pretty great. We loved the food and atmosphere. We ate during the 12 o'clock hour and were seated immediately. One thing I would point out is that it felt like there was a slight draft where we we're sitting. It wasn't too uncomfortable but it was noticable. We were also informed of a large party that was scheduled to arrive around one o'clock. We didn't think anything of it at first, but realized throughout our meal that the party set up became a distraction for our waitress. I wholeheartedly understand having a deadline, and multitasking can be challenging at times. Maybe that afternoon was just a little hectic. Overall we had a nice time and we plan on coming back to try things again.”

I still enjoy this place, just more like a once in a blue moon situation that something I'd have more often. Atmosphere is fantastic and their bowls taste amazing, but there is no nutrition information. Any time I, or other friends, have asked about having an idea of what/how much is in a bowl, we are met with the response that they are "putting something out this week" and "not to worry." That response would be great....if it hadn't been months with nothing shared as far as nutrition goes. It does shock me because there are a lot of people coming into their establishments who care about the food breakdown within their bowls and are there in hopes to be a little more "healthy" on their food slurges. The lack of response is beginning to look as though they do not want anyone to know what is in their food. I don't know....it just looks like a dishonest sale the more I realize how little they care to share the information with everyone.”
