Delco Steaks Folsom

Def in my top 5. Killer meat, made to order on a killer roll. Hot, perfectly done fries. Sammy was easily 1/2 lb. Outdoor seating only (get here while the weather cooperates.) Up there with JRP and Angelo's. Everything gets mixed up on the grill, so every bite has meat, cheese, onions and roll (Carangi.)

We had a great time Our server Tiera was fantastic. She was on the ball and had a friendly demeanor. She never stops moving . When she was not at the table she was cleaning. I don't want to ever eat there again unless she is our server. Those meatballs are out of this world.

Really tasty and huge cheesesteak! Got provolone, fried onions and long hots. Could only eat half but the second half reheated just fine (took the steak out of the roll and heated it separately..toasted inside of roll lightly)

Whatever hiccups they may have had early at this location to get lower ratings are long in the past now. I grew up in the Philly area and have had plenty of steaks and this place is easily in the top 3 I've ever had. Great bread, plenty of meat, cheese (Cooper sharp for me) perfectly mixed in, and the steak is very lightly chopped, making a great consistency.

Drove by and said what the heck. Cheese meat ratio was good but the taste overcooked (almost burnt) sesame seeds totally killed it for me. I also ordered fries but I guess she didn't hear me. Might try one more time but highly recommend no seeds on the bun.
