Ruby Tuesday

Food was OK but the service was terrible. They need to put up help wanted signs. I understand it was the Saturday before Mother's Day but the restaurant wasn't that busy. I think our waiter forgot our appetizers. I saw people that arrived and were seated after us getting theirs. When they finally came out, our entrees were served 2 minutes after.

Love this Ruby Tuesday at the Springfield Mall! They have an awesome staff and the food is delicious

The server was really nice the food on the other hand was not..I didn't send it back because it wasn't worth the hassle definitely when the server straight out said that there isn't enough help in the kitchen for the demand of guests. My chicken tasted like rubber the bourbon glaze looked like brown water. My son's burger just looked like it was rushed together and the bacon was microwaved.

First time going to this restaurant ever. Well, all I have to say is what I'm the world took me so long. I enjoyed myself. The food was excellent and very filling. I will definitely be going back there again.
