The place was nice but when we were seated all the way in the back I had to ask to be seated in the front. The hostess walked us past at least 10 open tables up front just to put us in the very back. The food was not very good either. But when I got the bill the high price showed that they were very proud of their product. I recommend sitting at the bar only for a drink.
Under new management and looking fresh! The menu is superb and pricing totally reasonable for what you get. Desserts are a smaller portion, but I appreciate that. Make an evening extra special and use the upstairs bar which has its own cocktail menu. Ladies make sure to check out the restrooms, so pretty.
Great atmosphere ( inside was a bit cold) bartender was great and willing to let me test new drafts that I hadn't had before committing to a full glass. Got the buffalo chicken dip! Was really good but way to much food for one person! Will definitely be going back!
Gotta try their Shepherd's Pie! Amazing! Beautiful atmosphere, Great food. Great service. Nice atmosphere. We had an awesome 21st birthday party there! Best service ever! Classy enough to not be drooled on but layer in the evening it becomes a fun crowd. Also have done mother's day there for some classic Irish bangers & eggs!
I am a long-time patron of Molly Brannigan's and I even used to be a bartender there, so I have a long history with the establishment. Although I have always loved Molly's, I was aware of it's shortcomings (more so since I became just a patron). Service used to be slow, supply management was lacking (they ran out of Guinness on tap on New Year's Eve), and the restaurant was dark. Since the remodel and the new owners have taken over, I am pleasantly surprised. Food comes out very quickly, it's bright and inviting (but definitely with an Irish pub feel), and the staff is much more professional. Stop in and check out the new Molly's, you won't be disappointed!
