    Super fast, fresh, delicious. Clean location and friendly service. A favorite lunch spot for me!

    My order wasn't correct I took my sub to the counter and explained the issues to the two people behind the counter. Can I just say..Their Customer Service was FIRST CLASS! I was very happy with how they treated me & the speed of service to correct the issues. I will be singing their praises to all my family and friends. I really enjoyed my food & my experience at this Jimmy John's. Thank you to the staff at the West Erie Plaza (Saturday 03/09/19 at 4:30'ish pm).

    Best subs in town! Always fresh ingredients, great bread, and great service. Always very clean inside. Very fast and friendly service.
