TGI Fridays

Good food. Good drink. Personable and helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere.

So, I ordered a steak, cooked medium. Brought it out, and as I cut into it, I notices it was blue rare. Asked for it to be cooked more. When brought back out, it was rare. I opted to just return the meal and move on with my day, elsewhere. The main reason that I'm giving 5 stars, is because of Bianca, my waitress. I'm on a strict eating regiment, and she was quick to help, and get things set and organized properly. Though my food wasn't up to par, the experience I had with Bianca was amazing, and she made the meatless trip, far worth it. Also, thank you to the management that removed my meal, and encouraged me to try something else. Great crew, and thank you again to Bianca.

It was a Wednesday night late, 1135pm. Myself and a friend attended a concert in Northeast PA. After concert we searched and searched for a sit down place to eat. We finally found TGI Fridays.

We were welcomed warmly and friendly and we received the news we wanted to hear, that we could still order food that late. Our server was Amber. She is a very polite, cheerful, and inviting young lady. She treated us as if we were her first customers of the night instead of her last. She did not rush us and she made wonderful suggestions for us to consider.

Amber served us with a warm smile and she was not overbearing in her presentation.

Our food was posilutely delicious!

The food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the great service by Amber have all contributed to us committing to return to this very establishment again very soon.

We ordered the cajun shrimp pasta and a flat iron steak. Everything was prepared well and tasted great. Our server was friendly and helpful and the manager was checking in on people and assisting the servers. We'll be back for sure.

I went out one evening with the girls and we had a really good time. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was good. We sat at the bar and the service was great. I tried the steak and potatoes. The steak was a little tough. My steak was cooked well done. I'll try medium well next time. That was my only complaint. Everything else was really good. All the appetizers was fresh and no complaints.
