Replying to the two negative comments from the same family. When you call and ask for the recipe to be altered because of your allergy, and your food is made the way you asked, how can you complain because it didn’t turn out the way you envisioned? Recipes and menus are made for a reason. The fresh chicken breasts are pre cooked in the shop and when cooking it on a pizza, it should be cooked in some type of sauce. It is going through a pizza over after all. You ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza with no ranch. You asked specifically for chicken, bacon, and cheese. No sauce, no ranch. Not even a garlic sauce. You complained because it was dry. I imagine it would be without sauce. You are saying it was poor customer service because the owner didn’t want to give you your money back for something you wanted specifically made. Why should he lose money because of that? He shouldn’t be expected to experiment for you, and if you don’t like it, take a loss. He followed your instructions. I happened to be there when he returned your call, and he was very polite and respectful to you on the phone. Next time ordering from somewhere, maybe not ask to have the recipe changed. Or get a smaller pizza for yourself (your way) and have your family get something the original way. Like you said, the food is usually good. The good food that you experienced was his recipe.

Pizza Louie’s has the best pizza in town!! Everything is always fresh, and hot. I’m so glad they’re back in Connellsville. A business that I’ll always patronize.

I ordered a large pizza with ham and pineapple. The pizza was perfectly cooked. Very delicious. Fresh dough. Great all around! Thank you for making my favorite food so well. I look forward to ordering again.
