    I really like that this Panera bread has a drive thru now. It is so convenient. I do not like you have to remember to tell them your phone number for reward points. They seem to not ask and I wish they had potato soup every day.

    Panera used to be one of my favorite places to go, but the food has always been overpriced. Recently, the food has not been good at all, sometimes cold. My order has been wrong or wrongly placed the last couple of times I have gone. It is definitely not worth going to anymore.

    Friendly team that is customer focused. Great atmosphere. Good place to relax and focus on what is important for you. Food is amazing but pricey. Company needs to focus on lowering prices.
