Chambersburg Family Diner

Tonight I dined with just myself and my 2 year old. Our server Michelle was fantastic and was so kind and accommodating to us. She said she was only on her 3rd day working at the diner but she already made it feel like home for us as we have just moved to Chambersburg from Richmond,Va. The meatloaf was tasty and huge! Even the side salad was big enough for a meal! We will be returning with the rest of our family soon. Thank you Michelle for giving us a good evening out!

The grilled chicken breast cauliflower and side salad were good. The meat omelet tasted a little off. I couldn't pinpoint the problem but I think it may have been the bacon. The home fries were average nothing to write home about. Prices were a little high. The service was excellent and the food arrived quickly after placing the order.

We saw this place when we came from a restaurant nearby. And I told my husband we better have our supper here the next day and we did. I was able to try the famous scrapple which my friend was bragging about and it was so good especially with a syrup. Their food are so fresh and delicious. I love the spinach soup, it was so creamy and tasty. I had Shrimp & Scallop Alfredo and my husband ordered Lasagna and we enjoyed it so much.
The people in the diner are friendly too.

Good food at good prices. Friendly staff. The only problem I have is that the food comes out so fast that my kids start whining when we dine somewhere else, and the service isn't as fast. After 10 minutes they're all going "where's our food?" ????

Great restaurant! We recently stayed in Chambersburg discovered this gem and dined here every day!

Awesome food and huge portions for a very small bill.
