We went in on this past Monday evening. Understanding they are still fairly new here are my comments from the evening.
-We were seated quickly! But seemed like it took awhile to get a waiter/waitress to get our drink and food orders( the restaurant wasn't busy and multiple servers were sitting around on their phones and chatting in the back/front).
-Ordered alcohol and waitress/waiter had to take the id to scan it.(Carried it around the restaurant for 5-7 minutes before bringing it back. Which made us a little uneasy.)
-Ordered multiple items to try before the sandwich came out but server brought everything all at once.
-Food was all good but fries could have been a little crispier.
-Armosphere was good and enjoyed all the sport/tv options.
-Everything looked clean.
-Was bummed along with other guests that the skill machines were all down.
Overall, me and my wife were on the fence about what we thought but knowing they are still new we will try them again.
First of all they have gluten free rolls. Second of all everyone was super nice and helpful. We are at the bar. Let me tell you how happy I was to eat out after almost 6 months of eating nothing but what I cooked myself. They were lovely people too. The one bartender was so happy I had come out to eat after so long. Will be coming back.
Everything was awesome. Our waitress was nervous but good! The food was all amazing and every drink slapped! They even made an iced Irish coffee for a member of our party! Will 100% be back!
Stopped in for lunch today and was not really happy with the food. Service was good for the most part. The Mac & cheese balls came out cold and had to be sent back. It took a long time to get back a fresh order of hot Mac & Cheese balls. I ordered the corned beef & cheese sandwich which I was not happy with. The meat was not evenly placed on the bread so that 80% of the sandwich did not have meat on it. The french fries were hard, cold and not cooked all the way. The margarita had so much salt on the inside and outside of the rim that every time I took a sip it tasted like. With any luck and some time this location will be as good as the other ones.
I really wanted to give this 5 stars, and it should have been 5 Stars. The food was excellent, our server was great, the place looks amazing. The BBQ bacon cheeseburger was excellent. The mozzarella wedges were killer. The fries were very good fresh cut fries. The bread on the Italian Crustini was perfect. Now why it didn't get 5's across the board. Our food took forever to come out, we checked in at the host stand at 7, we received our food at 8:30. Im pretty sure we sat at our table for an hour with just drinks. My wife is a harsh sweat tea critic btw, thumbs down. One sandwhich was cold, my wife's didn't come with the rest of our tables, she had to wait another ten minutes for hers. I know this was a free friends and family stress test night, and had I been paying for this meal, I would be furious, and it would be unacceptable. We actully considered giving up the free meal to go somewhere else and pay. One last minor gripe , that I would have probably forgot about had the food came out in a timely manor. The amount of staff that came by our table to ask if we needed plates removed. Not our server btw, just like 4 other staff members, our waitress checked in an appropriate amount of times for drinks , etc. It was hard to sit, enjoy our meal and talk to each other, without being interrupted.
