The Coney

The Coney is definitely an underrated lunch option in Indiana. Overall, the service was great, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The only reason this review is 4 stars is because it could have been a little cleaner. (things like salt and pepper shakers, ketchup bottles, floors, etc.)

Had our class reunion there. I first gave them a poor review, after talking to their staff I understand it was not their fault. I have had their food before downstairs and it was awesome! Thanks for talking to me! Best of luck!

Excellent food. They have gluten free options. Shrimp and scallop bisque and lobster bisque for soup of the day selections. Large shepherd's pie that was very tastey.
Alcoholic beverages an option.
Outside seating and inside dining choices.

I got a Mandiberry salad and it was delicious. My waiter was new but very friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful and had a friendly tavern feel to it. Highly recommend!

Been going here for years, and it NEVER disappoints. Just the other night I had the Shepard's pie with a Guinness (or 3)--fantastic! Somehow they continue to hire excellent wait staff. Not only do they always give great service, but they always look like they are having fun doing it! It's easy to see why The Coney continues to be our favorite place for a family night out for dinner.
