The wings do sometimes not come out exactly right and this does not come from opinion its just a fact. However the wings are really great here along with the rest of the food people like to order. Best customer service. Wait times are not long for food and great bar to hangout at. Staff is phenomenal at the best and are truly the heart of this place. This place will be here for a much longer time to say the very least. Great place to order food.

(December 28, 2018, 9:29 am)Kelly’s, an Irish style restaurant and bar, is one of the best restaurants in Scranton. It truly is a must go for anyone visiting the Electric City. The wings are amazing, the volcanoe fries are divine. I have never had a bad time Kelly’s. The servers are punctual and are very welcoming and polite. They accommodate large parties. This is one of the best restaurants in Scranton. The food is A+, as is the service.
