    Fries with brown gravy delicious!
The bacon cheeseburger was fresh, hand made and simply scrumptious, service was excellent, place was clean and orderly, visited the Glider 2 days in a row, will return very soon again, not to mention, prices are extremely reasonable

I had the prime rib special. It was cooked just as I ordered. The meat was tasty. Huge order of waffle fries, a large size order of cole slaw and bread! I couldn't finish. A good meal at a good price.

Classic diner fair. Best French dip or open face beef that you'll ever have. Texas cheeseburger (hand panked) or wieners are really good. Believe it or not the fresh fish and chips are better than some fish restaurant's. Chicken pot pie is out of this world. Soups are always good also.

Nothing beats their open roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy. The staff are always friendly and service is quick. I highly recommend getting a dessert too, the pies are delicious and so is the rice pudding.

The first time I went to The Glider was about 4 years ago. I went for lunch and ordered a pastrami sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted. 45 minutes later (no exaggeration here) the sandwich arrived with a waitress who smelled like she just got off her smoke break. The sandwich was cold, and had never been toasted and the bread was super dry.
Fast-forward 4 years, I've hit this joint up twice for early breakfast and loved it. Nicest waitress you've ever met, just the right amount of service, and didn't mind that I stayed long and talked with a friend. The food was good n' greasy, just like it's supposed to be. Really nice atmosphere. Love the place now!
