(September 9, 2020, 1:27 pm)The staff is so nice and made my pumpkin cream cold brew better than any other Starbucks thus far. I had an accidental lock/hold placed on my card and thank God I had cash on me.. but I could only pay for my pumpkin cold brew and not the other coffee so I told them to forget the other coffee. I was so embarrassed.. When I picked up my cold brew Johnny gave me the other coffee on him and it honestly made my day/morning! It gives me hope that there are genuine and kind people in the world! Thanks for making my coffee experience great! I will be back soon ❤️

(December 16, 2019, 11:16 pm)First time at Starbucks. This one was very festive and quiet and nice. I ordered a peppermint mocha which was good. Nothing amazing. At least not for almost $6. 1

(August 5, 2017, 12:55 pm)Nice open cafe, more seating out in the mall lobby, street parking free on weekends. Think the mall parking might be free while they're updating their system. Heart of downtown Scranton, fun people watching spot
