Krispy Kreme

A bit of a disappointment, really. It was neat to be able to see the glazed donuts being made, but the taste of the fresh hot donut was not to my liking - it was too greasy for me. I love the glazed donuts when they're cooled down though. I also was not impressed with the coffee or the custard donut. Dunkin Donuts does a much better job with both of those.

The donuts are delicious as per usual but they don't partake in the rewards program. And if it's your birthday unless you have an email from them personally and not a rewards email they give you an attitude and say we'll do it this time but you'll have to have a different type of email next year. And that's even after you called ahead and asked about it. Truly don't understand why they don't work with the corporation for the rewards program like every other Krispy Kreme in every other state but I guess they think that they're better than them.

The dining room was clean and the donuts are amazing. You can see the donut conveyor belt which is super fun. The bathrooms were a little dirty which is the only thing preventing 5 stars.

We were on a roadtrip and headed home. It's been a while since we've been to a Krispy Kreme. Always yummy. Don't worry about the calories!
Thank goodness there was a sign on the highway and a gas station nearby.
