Panera Bread

Great place friendly staff and food was good. Efficient ways to checkout. At the register, on app or at digital kiosks and they bring the food right to your table. I really love Panera.

Food was very good tasting but more attention could be given to the plating. Where the restaurant really needed improvement was the tidiness and the cleanness. Where you returned the plates was a huge pile of plates that covered the waste receptacles. The restroom needed freshening and some of the condiments (butter) were close to empty. I have to say the taste of the food saved the day, if I could add one item made available it would be some quality olive oil for the wonderful breads.

I was in town for work and trying to feed a staff of 16. After another Panera location told us they would not be able to fulfill our order, this location did a phenomenal job of taking our order, cutting our wait time in half from their projected time and getting all of our orders correct. The location was clean and they were so friendly and accommodating on short notice. Thank you for making our interaction with you so pleasant and making our jobs much easier!
