Elimar's Bar & Grill

The food was delicious. My steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My husband got the wrong pasta dish at first but they corrected it quickly. The bread was amazing! Parking was hard to get but the experience at dinner made up for it.

Food was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Only issue was how often they filled our drinks. They took a little longer than expected to check on our drinks. As to the food, I had a half rack of ribs. They were cooked perfectly. The sauce was more of a glaze, sweet with a spicy aftertaste. No vinegar taste, which I loved. We also ordered salsa and chips along with a blooming onion. All good. We will go back.

Newly opened Elimars restaurant is an upscale place. The atmosphere is pleasant and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Food is great, its a little pricey.

Steak was great, potato skins.. well.. just 86 those. Drinks were ok, but way too expensive for what they are. Service was ok minus all the unorganization, having a server that knew nothing about bartending fill in between bartenders.. nothing against her, she tried to do it which is awesome on her.. but I think with a bit of better management this place has potential to be pretty good. I will continue to dine here and see if things improve. Overall not bad.

First, the food is very good. I had the seafood lovers pasta and it was some of the best I've had. My wife had a steak that was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the baked potato was cold, and by the time it came back heated, she had finished her steak. It took forever to get a drink. We waited 20 minutes for our cocktail. The side salads were excellent and even came with hard boiled egg, but they came after the meal was served. Someone at an adjoining table ordered a bottle of white wine and it wasn't chilled.
We'll definitely try it again after they've had a chance to work out the grand opening bugs.
