Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

They were SUPER busy and our server, Ashley, was working on a large party. We worried we might be in for a wait, but Joe the manager was on his game. Between the hostesses, management, servers, kitchen and bussers, you could really see the teamwork in action. Our food was awesome and changed my husband's mind about Red Robin. He kept commenting on how impressed he was with the service and the food. We will definitely be back!

Red Robin is a great chain for burgers. I don't know why I keep going here, except for that the burgers are REALLY good, despite the place being a chain restaurant.

Also, the service is actually ... I don't think I've ever had anything but good things to say about the entire staff, from the servers to the bartenders. It's never been a bad experience there.

OH, AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE ONION RINGS!

The most wonderful experience I have ever had. I was late to pick up my order. Entirely my fault. Manager and associate insisted to redo the entire order and gave us extras. It was so incredible. I will tell all my friends and anyone who will listen about the great customer service I received! Thank you!

This food here is super amazing. And is consistently good. The Mac and cheese is a MUST TRY. The staff is always friendly. Me and my fam make it a point to go here as often as possible. But, not recommended if your in a hurry or on a tight schedule, sometimes, (mostly nights and weekends) they get very very busy. Sometimes with even twenty minute waits. But, 12/10 recommended.

We had a nice time visiting the restaurant for my wife's birthday. The food is fresh and hot, the wait staff never allowed my glass to get empty either. They are on top of things. There were 10 in out party. We couldn't all sit together, but they seated us close to each other. The only down I have is I think Red Robin is a little pricey. But don't let that discourage you from an enjoyable experience.
