    Salad bar very good. Waitress friendly and knowledgeable. Crispy Chicken with Biscuits was too doughy and over cooked to the point of being dark in color bitter in taste.

    I hated this place, the food was awful and the service sucked. Went to the one in Lancaster on route 30 because my dad wanted ribs.
    What an amazing meal. They changed the menu and the service in this one. My dinner was AMAZING. Not burnt or overcooked, my ribs fell of the bones. The vegetables were perfect, not over cooked but fresh and well made. Thank you Ruby Tuesday's

    Always great food and selection. Wonderful salad bar! Wait staff and manager very friendly. Love to go there when we are in Lancaster. Its our favorite!

    Meal was good, salad bar brown lettuce...Service excellent! The young lady could teach customer service! I even wrote her name I was so impressed! Kennedy .

    The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and big. Chicken was also very good! Fries were cooked perfectly along with the fried zucchini. Been a while since I had well seasoned food. So many restaurants cut back due to diet trends. Bottom line this food was soo tasty! Can't wait to go back
