Very good food very clean nice place to eat

Though the food was good, it was pricey, service was fair.

great customer service and a "cozy" warm ambience. The music volume is in the background and makes it easy to converse or make phone calls and hear the other end of the conversation. Panera doesn't "make 'em like that anymore"

You can never go wrong at Panera bread. Love the broccoli cheddar soup for many years. Always a great place to stop on a cold winter's day

Panera Bread is a place where I can always get consistent quality with fresh ingredients. And I love that their menu items all note the calorie count. You can also customize freely plus they have a loyalty program. My personal favorite is their Fuji Apple Chicken Salad but I also love their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and almost every soup they have. Try the Turkey chili and add a few packets of Tabasco sauce to it to punch it up a notch more. Watch the calorie count on their cookies and brownies, but they are delicious! The reason for just four stars today is because the Lancaster store was definitely understaffed for a dinner hour on Black Friday. We waited a very long time to order and then also get our food ... and it wasn't even that busy. But, as usual, the food was very good!
