Rockvale Diner

Quite a good place to grab breakfast if you are in the shopping area of Lancaster. When we arrived it was very busy. Had a 10 minute wait. Once we were seated we had our waitress take our order fast. The food arrived hot and fresh. I had the meat lovers omelet. Which was delicious. Food was cooked perfectly no problems. We stayed for over 40 or so minutes. We felt very welcome and comfortable in this great but busy diner.

We eat here regularly and always have a great experience. The quality of the the food is better than you would expect from a diner. In my opinion, it rivals restaurants with pricier menus. On Valentines Day we had filets and crab cakes that were some of the best we’ve had. The owners are always here and insuring that your visit is a satisfying one. The waitstaff is equally attentive, we love all the waitresses but have a special affinity for a southern belle named Candace. Do yourself a favor, eat all your meals here.

Very good service. Good and abundant food. Kids were given crayons and activity sheet. Pity the ladies restroom was in such a poor state!

I commute to Strasburg for work and stay overnight on Friday nights. This diner has provided me with breakfast for a few months now on Saturday mornings. I live sitting at the counter. The staff is great and the food comes so fast. Not to mention that they now know me when I walk in and my order is taken before I even sit down. A great spot for breakfast.

This place is called a diner, only it's far nicer than your standard diner. My meal came exactly as ordered and hot. The food was tasty. More important, however, everyone was nice. I really felt like a guest due to both my server and the host/owner. I felt like it really mattered that I felt welcomed and enjoyed my meal. For the type/level of food prepared by Rockvale Diner, I cannot think of a better place in the area. I will definitely come again.
