Fast friendly service with wonderful tasting food. I will go back next time I am in town. If you go during the day you can enjoy the shops around the square behind the restaurant.
Food was good. Service was not great. It was not busy and for a table of 16 we hardly saw our watress. Oh, and they also vacuumed the dining area right behind our chairs while we ate. Cost was very reasonable.
Amazing food and great service and ambiance. Set in an 1800's farm house and has several shops around a small compound. The burgers are fantastic and I am looking forward to trying breakfast
We have been there many times and have had very good experiences. Good food. Good prices. Good quantity of food. Always have good service. Staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with. We moved out of the area and don't get there as often as we used to. Always look forward to stopping in when we get in the area have time. Highly recommend that you stop in when in the area. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
My husband and I like coming here every once in a while. We usually come for breakfast, which is always really good. The last time we went, which was about a month ago, I ordered a Belgian waffle and a buttermilk biscuit. The waffle tasted amazing, like someone had taken my favorite sugary cereal and infused the flavor into a sweet Belgian waffle that had the perfect crispy outside and fluffy inside that is hallmark to this type of waffle. It was more like a dessert than breakfast!
The buttermilk biscuit is something I get every time we go because it is THAT good. I'm from the south and I absolutely adore biscuits. Unfortunately, most biscuits in the area disappoint me. That's why it's such a delight to order this gigantic piece of bakery heaven! They don't skimp on the flavorful fat or the buttermilk that gives this larger-than-usual biscuit its comforting, southern charm.
Also notable here is the service. Only once did we have a server who wasn't excellent, and we haven't seen her since. The historic building is also as pleasing visually as it is interesting. Between delicious food, great service, and neat scenery, Brickerville House is all around a wonderful place to go.
