    I cannot speak to their other menu items, but their General Tso Tofu is one of the best in the county, and by far the best in the Ephrata area (yes, I've tried them all). Sizable portions (enough leftovers for 1-2 more meals for under $10), minimal wait time (never more than 20 minutes-takeout, not delivery), always hot. Small town Chinese food can be a gamble but China Taste has yet to disappoint.

    Best Chinese food and customer service in the area. I highly recommend. Fast delivery. When i got my order apparently they missed putting an item in the bag. They had it back out to me before i even knew it was missing. Awesome food. Coconut shrimp is amazing!! It’s consistently the best around.
