If you are looking for a spot to eat, look no further, you found it! Stop searching and talk your guests into Hills To Sea! My wife and I have been many times. There will be many more visits to follow. The food is great. I have tried something new every time and I have been impressed with everything. They have lots of options and both the sushi and the eclectic Asian fusion are solid. Not just solid, but stand out. We enjoy the BYOB and to take it slow. We order an amazing app (fried pork dumplings are my current favorite) and enjoy a leisurely dinner. The atmosphere is quite nice. Stepping inside makes you forget you are in a shopping center in Ephrata. I like the fish tank! I'll take better pictures next time. We had the fried pork dumplings, edamame, Miso soup, a sushi roll, and the yakisoba. All were very good.

Simply outstanding. Many Asian fusion restaurants don’t live up to the hype, but not here. We tried seven total apps and plates, and each was clearly fresh and expertly made. I was also blown away by the sushi quality. Add great service, atmosphere, and the fact you can’t get Burmese food anywhere else and you’ve got a winner right in Ephrata.

Absolutely delicious! We will be back. The Creamy and Crispy Roll had great smokey/savory flavors and did a great job at balancing creamy and crispy. Wonton Mee pork was a tasty sweet bbq. Pad Ka Pao was feel-good comfort food and had a smokey grill flavored broth. Highly recommend this place and they have a wide selection of dishes.

If you are a foodie, you will love all the dishes they have. You will need to come back multiple times to try them all! The serving sizes were great and filled us up. It was so delicious, we didn’t have any leftovers :(. That was the only con. Their menu is big and has everything Thai, to Burmese to sushi. There is something for whatever you are craving! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed. The service is just as good! You will have an authentic experience and leave with a belly full and a smile on your face!

We have been waiting for the restaurant grand opening and the day is finally here. We treated our entire staff to dinner. The food did not disappoint; everything was just perfect!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The aesthetic is pleasing to the eyes. Our top favorites were: Hills to Sea roll, seafood salad, and fried whole fish. There are plenty of options to choose from.

Can’t wait to bring our clients here.
