Pancake Farm

Sorry to see this Ephrata icon close at end of December. Known for extra big breakfasts made from scratch. Yummy soups (their mushroom soup is thick and perfectly balanced with beef broth and subtle herbs) and huge sandwiches. Homemade croutons on their salads are to die for...how to make them crunchy and buttery like the do? Servers are always attentive and helpful. We certainly hope the Pancake Farm gets new owners who will keep the same recipes.

A bittersweet breakfast, knowing that they’re only open for one more week. Grew up coming here for breakfast and it has always been delicious, affordable, and friendly. Thanks for a great legacy, Pancake Farm!

This place is wonderful! It's like coming to grandma's house for breakfast.
Everything is super affordable and tastes great. I have never had a bad experience here.
It's a simple place - keep that in mind.
My fave is the #3 breakfast special. Cant go wrong with it!!

My husband's and my favorite place to go for breakfast. The food is always great and the service is always good. It's a small single room with a lot of tables. Not overly crowded to us, but could bother some people. And bring cash! They don't take credit.
