LongHorn Steakhouse

Food is always consistant and good. Got a margarita this time and was more sour mix than anything else. Service was a bit slow but wait staff was friendly.

My wife and I have been going to the Longhorn Steakhouse in Lancaster since it opened. We have brought guests here for dinner and have always had a great experience with both staff and food.

On Saturday, May 4th, that former great experience experience turned into a major disappointment. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly. The chili and mushroom appetizers were hot and delicious. The first loaf of bread was warm, soft and yummy.

It went downhill for me when my main entree arrived. I ordered the 12 oz. Sirloin steak medium well...it arrived medium rare and cool to the touch. My loaded baked potato was anything but hot. Normally, I would have asked for the manager, but did not wish to make an issue as my guests and wife seemed pleased with their food. The second loaf of bread came to the table hard and seemingly stale, or it had been microwaved way too long. The waiter was great and both the guests and I complemented him on his service and personality.

I will of course go back to try again. I write this to remind the kitchen staff and chefs to double check the orders before they are delivered to the guests.

My wife and I had the Lamb chops special. I love Lamb when it's done right. Tonight it was done perfect. We couldn't have had a better meal. Our server was a very nice guy and was very attentive. Food came fast and hot. Very nice job longhorn steakhouse

Always have a great experience here. Staff is always friendly and personable. The food is also excellent. Always hot, fresh and flavorful. An extremely pleasant visit every time!

Always a great experience at Longhorn's. I ordered the T bone steak and they got the temperature perfect. Waitress was efficient and a professional, very attentive
