Speakeasy! A real one! Need I say more?? Tonight they made my favorite drink Maximum Security....soon to renamed Disqualified! Bourbon based. A must try. Horse Inn does not take reservations so come earlier. Be prepared to dance like the roaring 20's swing. If you support women in the business you will be doing the owner and the Clarinetist a huge Favor!!! Come date night we will be back????. May the band play on! And don't forget to visit the photo booth. Oh! And for the gamers play a little shuffle board.
In addition to the delicious food and drink, it is simply a cool place to hang. I went on a Wednesday, thinking it'd be a slow night. NOT. Families, couples and friends. A little noisy at times, but not to the point of distraction. But DEFINITELY come for the food and drink. Definitely!
Cool hipster friendly spot. Unless you want a 2 hour wait, show up at 4:30. Always a favorite spot in Lancaster, the new owners have created the hippest place in town. Great burgers, amazing actually.
I used to go to the Horse Inn with my grandparents 20+ years ago and always loved it. I was back this weekend with friends and it was just as great as I remembered. The food was delicious, cocktails we're inventive and tasty and the service at the bar and at our table was attentive and friendly. Only complaint is that the chairs and table are a bit uncomfortable but it's all part of the charm.
My wife and I spent a Tuesday night here and it was fantastic. The live jazz started at 6:30, and played for quite a while. The drinks were amazing. I would highly recommend their Old Fashioned, and the Japanese Cowboy. The drink in the picture I believe is the “Pistol under the pillow.” The food was fantastic and the service was spectacular. Great all around!
