Really delicious food! I was here once with my wife and it was so good we came back and brought the in-laws. Great flavors every time!
Have eaten here a number of times over the years. Would eat here more but we live a little bit out of town. I typically order the lomo saltado(beef strips and onion over fries with rice and a fabulous sauce) and wife gets the arroz con mariscos (tasty seafood and yellow rice). Sides today for us were yuca fries and sweet plantains. Good options for kids meals. Got the 2L Inca Kola but they have many other options. Great comfort food, hearty and well spiced. Service was attentive and helpful. BYOB. Would definitely eat there all the time if we lived closer! In an area with numerous Central/South American food options, this place is worth your time to try!
Always on my list for a quick dinner. The food is delicious and very fresh, they are always so sweet with my son, and it's quiet and never too busy. I would probably not recommend La Costena to vegans/vegetarians but if need be you could still create a delicious meal from the sides. The churrazco is my personal favorite, I crave it at least once a month.
A hole in the wall, simple and with a "home feeling".
Be aware, it is a BYOB, but they have soft drinks, coffee and tea.
Not fancy, it feels like any other house dinning room.
Warm, welcoming and the food is really good. If you have ever been on Peru, or have any peruvian friends, will agree that the food in there make you travel in every single plate.
Really generous portions, go with hungry, because it is really delicious.
I can't wait to come back, i prefer simple restaurant, than overloaded places who lose the identity.
You won't regret your visit.
