Sunday brunch downstairs was a sweet treat! Great lunch and dessert, romantic atmosphere, intimate and lovely. Great service. Will definitely come again...
We had an excellent dinner at Carr's Restaurant, which is located in downtown historic Lancaster close to the Lancaster County Convention Center. The menu has a great deal of variety, from steaks and seafood, to artisanal pizzas made in a brick oven, to vegetarian dishes and salads. The Caesar salad was excellent with great dressing, and the special pizza with Parma ham, fig jam and arugula has three types of cheeses as well--delicious. My dinner companions, one of whom has been coming to the restaurant for decades, had the meatloaf, and they both said it was the best meatloaf they have ever had--made of ground tenderloin and served with a rich hunter sauce.
An always great experience after the fabulous dualing piano concert at the Ware Center. Perfect Martini, chardonnay for Stephanie and a great pizza after the show!! ****
First time visiting this place and have to say it was an amazing experience. Service was top notch and food was delicious. The wild mushroom pizza was by far the best pizza I have ever eaten. You can tell all ingredients are fresh and perfect blend of flavors. We also loved the chocolate fondue dessert. My wife and I are vegetarians and the waiter and waitress were both extremely accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely be returning. Be sure to reserve in advance. It gets booked up on weekends.
Service was impeccable. Good was outstanding. Bartender and server both gave us great suggestions. Will definitely be back. So glad we stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant.
