Excellent food and service. My wife and I had lunch here today and we were very impressed, some of the best food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Great atmosphere as well. Compliments to the chef, all the staff and the owner.
This Bhutanese and Nepalese food is absolutely incredible! So many interesting, delicious herbs and spices that combined for the perfect flavor. Super tender meat and excellent fish (which my husband is already trying to figure out how to duplicate). Excellent service with staff who are very knowledgable about Celiac (gluten allergy). Almost the entire menu is gluten free and there are a lot of Vegan options as well. This was definitely one of my favorite meals ever! I will definitely becoming a regular customer here! Highly recommend this to everyone!
Tasty and fun food, friendly service and caring cooks. Super affordable, and the portions are generous. I love the colors of the different dishes, as well as their tastes. The lentil soup is exquisite! Well, it's all excellent. BYOB, also!
The food here is wonderful! I have eaten here many times and each time it gives you that warm and cozy feeling. I had the Thali this time which offers a great opportunity to try different things. Great service and atmosphere. Love it!
My friend and I started a fun night out here at Norbu. We had heard whispering of a new restaurant where the Characters Pub used to be and we wanted to see what the buzz was about.
The restaurant was fairly busy, with most of the guests sitting outside. Our waiter was incredibly nice and personable. They were very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the menu and even suggested a few dishes I cannot wait to try when I go back!
I do not think I have the words to describe just how good the meal we got was. My friend and I got the Himalayan Onion Rings which came with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. These fried patties were out of this world good. For our main we got the Chicken Masala. The portion size was perfect, the chicken was so flavorful (so much depth in flavor going on) and the sauce it all came in was creamy and just amazing.
They also carry many vegetarian and vegan options; including a several vegan cheesecake flavors that I will definitely be trying when I go back.
If you have not already please give this place a try!
