Meal takeaway Restaurant

“I've been to this Subway several times and each time that I've been there, the person making my sandwich was always kind and easy to speak with. This is by far my favorite Subway out of all the ones I've been to (Allentown, Selinsgrove, Lebanon, and Bloomsbury, NJ). Being kind to the sandwich artists goes a very long way too.”

The Kabab Station

“Delicious food! My boyfriend and I just picked here at random when Federal Taphouse was closed and I'm glad we did. Seems like a family owned place. The service was great and very friendly and I like to support local business. We had the Turkish coffee which was very rich a flavorful. They even have a cool area where you can sit on a plush carpet with pillows. Highly recommend.”

El Rincón ponceño

Commonwealth Kitchen & Cafe

Address: 420 Pearl St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“Its one thing to have an amazing brunch menu, but its another thing when the staff is kind and welcoming. I would specifically like to highlight Andrea, the very first time my daughter and I went she welcomed us and was so excited to have us there, and the second time I brought my husband she welcomes us again just like the first! So kind and passionate about her place of work. Quality staff is hard to come by, I know this by being in the service industry for 6 years! It is hard to have that kind of enthusiasm and kindness all the time. Its such a hidden gem, the place and the people!”

“This was recommended by the check in at our hotel and he was right. My college roommate was Greek and her mother cooked for us. The moussaka was just as good if not better. The mussels could be a great meal with the amazing grilled garlic bread one of the best mussels we've had. Would definitely come back when we travel through.”

New Holland Coffee Co.

Address: 29 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“I truly loved the atmosphere of this place. It's so beautiful and well designed. It feels a bit homier and welcoming than their New Holland location [it probably helps it's quite a bit smaller]. I ordered a chai latte and can't say I was overly impressed. Not the worst chai of my life, but I also wouldn't want to come back for it. My roommates didn't love their lattes or espresso here either...so I'm not exactly sure what a good go-to drink would be. Still would recommend it over other city coffee shops based on the layout and atmosphere.”

Frisco's Chicken

Address: 454 New Holland Ave, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA

Restaurant

“Fantastic Food! Truly something different to experience and eat. You can tell that the food is fresh. The chickens are literally roasting over charcoal in the kitchen. I've tried almost all the sides and don't have any complaints about anything. My favorites are the sauces they give with the chicken... Their first few opening days were crazy but if you online order or go there it is truly worth the wait to get a chicken. I'll be going back frequently to get family meals.”

Starbucks

Address: 142 Park City Center E441, Lancaster, PA 17601, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“My drink was great, the service wasn't. The associate who took my order was efficient in handling the line, but the one making the drinks was not. She was too busy being involved in everyone else's conversations, which made the wait way longer than it should have been. If I hadn't already paid for my drink I would have walked out.”

Double C

Address: 220 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“My bestie and I met for food and drinks! We weren’t disappointed. Tacos and margaritas are amazing here! And I ordered to-go mules and they were amazing! Also Kyle the bartender is so nice!! Will definitely be back.”

Roburrito's

Address: 227 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“Flavors and quality are good. Glad they identify vegan options on their menu. I think there is a problem with value. There should be a veggie option that cost less. If I take off the sour cream and the cheese and choose 8-9 potatoes instead of meat why am I paying the same price? The gucamole is good, but the portions are tiny compared to their competitors.”

Maison

“Just had the lobster roll dinner- it was great and perfect to sit out and eat! Please keep doing these special menus! Thanks!”

Very personal service...our server was very knowledgeable and super attentive. Very inviting. We were able to chat with the owners and felt like our family was extended ?❤ Food was FANTASTIC!! Josephine's Downtown

Address: 50 W Grant St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“I was recently treated by a surprise birthday party at Josephine’s Downtown. The service was impeccable, no one waited for cocktails or dinners. The food presentation was spectacular, everything delicious and gaining many compliments from our guests. My favorite, the crab cakes were absolutely perfect. Some people got the rack of lamb and I was told that it was delicious and presented as beautiful standing racks. The decor is so glamorous, black and white photos of Hollywood stars mixed with gold fixtures. Josephine’s is gaining on being the best restaurant in Lancaster.”

C'est La Vie

Address: 18 N Market St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“We enjoyed a lovely dinner here for our anniversary. It was easy to make a reservation through Open Table. The inside is gorgeous, but we asked to dine outside. It was a tough decision for dinner, but we went with a brick oven pizza and the Impossible burger. Both were excellent! Service was good and we love the 3 lb IPA from St. Boniface. We will definitely return!”

“Above and beyond customer service”

Marion Court Room

Address: 7 E Marion St, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA

Restaurant Night club

“When looking for an alternative venue to a stuffy conference room or ball room, especially with small intimate weddings, this was an amazing option for us. The owner Mike was surprisingly flexible communicative and especially hardworking on the day of our reception! He had absolutely everything prepared before we arrived, never troubled me with questions and often took matters into his own hands to help our evening run smooth! He offered to cut and served our cake for dessert, adjusted the temperature for us, made accommodations for small children, was kind and calm through the event, and even saved the day by making my Carmel apple bar a success! He complimented my band and seemed to enjoy seeing his bar patio transformed into a wedding party! We had a blast and got plenty of compliments on the event and the scenery! Mike catered and bartenders out event and in return offered the space at no additional cost to us! Definitely a bargain for the budget conscious bride, and the bar and grill have tons of character to help ornament any event! Truly a wonderful night! Thank you Mike and the staff at Marion Court! -Kelly and Anthony 10/20/18”

The Black Goat Gastropub

Address: 25 W King St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

Lancaster Cheesesteak Company

Address: 43 W King St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“I visited this place on Friday, Jan. 3rd for the first time upon recommendation of a client. I am originally from the Philadelphia area and have had cheese steaks from all of the well known places. I can honestly say that this cheese steak rivaled any of the Philly places and was actually better than most of them. The steak was delicious and very flavorful because of the seasonings they used. I ordered the Duke with sweet peppers and it was amazing. The meatiest cheese steak that I have ever had by far. The whole package was great because they use rolls from Philadelphia and quality meat. The sandwich is big enough to feed 2 people without any problem. I ate half and took the other half home and enjoyed it again the next day. It is well worth the $11.99 that they charge. The owner was very nice and the young man who cooked the steak was very cordial and helpful. I can't wait to go again. Don't change a thing.”

QDOBA Mexican Eats

Address: 142 Park City Center Ste 100, Lancaster, PA 17601, USA

Restaurant

“Went in last Sunday with my sons to grab a quick snack of guacamole and chips. Upon entering we were informed they were out of guacamole. We voiced disappointment, but said maybe next time. Manager stopped us to give each a free entree card for our trouble. That is great customer service! Love Qdoba's guacamole.”

Blazin' J's

Address: K0228, Food Court, Park City Center, Lancaster, PA 17601, USA

Restaurant

“If you like Nashville hot chicken this is the place. Food was fresh and very good. Chicken sandwich was huge. Only wish would be if there was a truly hot spicy option to dip the chicken in. The hottest one they have was barely hot to me. Still easily one of the best chicken sandwiches around. Only critique would be to restock the freaking ketchup dispenser (they just gave up and put out packets) and change the dispenser out for one with a nozzle that directs it straight down or just take it out. Two visits in a row I got ketchup splattered all over me because the dispenser is near empty and when I told them about it they just shrugged and handed me napkins.”

Amorette

Address: 401 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“The best restaurant experience of our entire Lancaster visit! We stumbled upon it on a nice walk through town and it was the best find! The bartender was so terrific! She was not only friendly and nice but also very accommodating and went way above and beyond! We had a couple of drinks in the bar area and were discussing possibly having dessert. She brought out the pastry chef to speak with us, who by the way was such a nice guy. He gave us several recommendations and chatted with us briefly. When our order came out he had added another dessert for us to try! Everything was amazing...REALLY the best desserts we have EVER had! We will DEFINITELY be back!”

Callaloo Trinidadian Kitchen

Address: 351 N Mulberry St, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA

Restaurant

“Very unique, delicious food - basically a combination of African, Caribbean and Indian cooking. Good service. Dining room is pretty tight but doesn't detract from the experience.”
