Rice & Noodles Restaurant

This could potentially be one of my favorite restaurants in Lancaster. I always order the spring rolls with the peanut sauce. Just recently, I tried the vermicelli bowl. It was very filling and worth the price. I prefer to get chicken on my meals but I know that all the meat options are great. Service is high quality as well!

I went here solely because it was highly rated and I had a craving for some Vietnamese food. I figured I'd get a bowl of pho, but when I sat down noticed a placard stating now serving a dish whose name I don't recall, but it was a tomato & tamarind based broth with rice noodles and crab & pork meatballs. It was interesting and hit the spot on a cool evening. I was pleased the plate of bean sprouts, jalapenos, basil leaves, and lime weren't piled high as I only typically utilize about half of what is supplied and in this case it was just the right amount. The restaurant is spartan but had a good atmosphere and friendly serving staff.

Food was real fresh. Friendly service. Hidden gem. Would definitely eat there again. Lots of variety for Vietnamese food.

LOVE this place! You can't go wrong with the beef pho and vermicelli bowls. I also love the shrimp and pork spring rolls and limeade. Definitely planning a trip to visit again very soon! I have dreams about their food...

I'm from down south and was here for a business trip and happen to find this place. I worked for this family 20 years ago and the food has always been top notch. It was sad seeing their establishment leave Louisiana. Lancaster is blessed because this is one fine and authentic Vietnamese cuisine establishment. The food is great and I highly recommend the beef noodle soup.
