Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle is one of my favourite places to go. But I have to be honest, this particular restaurant seems to be understaffed/over populated with customers. Furthermore, about 65% of time, it seems they are out of an item. Whether it's chicken, guacamole, Chipotle dressing, chips, or even the fajita vegetables. And I would have given this a 4 star, but I once ordered online and they had ran out of an item. Not that I was too mad, but I was disappointed because I only found out when I went to pick up my order. And then they were unwilling to compromise since I had already payed. This is why I rated them as a 3 star.

Anytime you go to a place the has just opened you may experience latency meaning the workers are just warming up to their possible daily routine. Another this is that it is spring break and most people take a break and leave it up to the people that are temporarily their to serve the daily diners. Overall not bad but it could have been better. The grilled veggies were not cooked thoroughly and the rice was undercooked.

It was my first time eating here and it was amazing. The amount of food that you get is definitely worth the price. It fills you up. The customers are very nice, generous, and helpful.
