    Love their meat boli and pizza's. I let them come to room temp and put them all on charcoal grill over indirect heat at 425 degrees with hickory or mesquite wood chips for smoke. Pizza takes 10 -12 minutes and boli for 20 minutes. Literally the best I've ever had after being smoked on grill. It's great as is for sure but smoking it brings a whole extra level to the crispness and texture. Not to mention the great smokey wood flavor.

    Luv the food, bolis are great, pizza great. Been there since it opened and food hasn't changed. May have to wait because of orders.
