Best sub I’ve had! Everything was just perfect. Staff was very helpful as I had never been there. Don’t care for the location but they were so good I’ll even face the traffic at their location!

We've been there numerous times since they've opened. The sandwiches are good. But there have been little mistakes. It wasn't an issue until they really messed up on our last order. My husband called the store and spoke to Aaron. He quickly apologized and told him he would remake all three sandwiches and for the inconvenience, he would send us complementary cards for future use. My husband told him we would make do with what we had but wanted him to know the error (s). Within a day, we received the cards and a letter of apology. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service given to us. Needless to say, we will be continued customers and always recommend them.

Forget Pat's and Geno's in Philly, this franchise is actually better!

The staff were friendly, lighthearted and served me lightning fast. The one gent was a walking history book for the entire company country wide....I asked, he schooled me all from memory. Impressive and a good experience. Great employees over there and great food makes for 15-30 minutes well spent.

While there are healthier options on the menu, I am not going to pretend this place is anything but the most delicious subs full of high calories. However, you won't find a place that makes subs quite as fast, fresh, and full of taste. Though Jersey Mike's is a chain, they act like a local corner sub joint. Our whole family enjoys this place and recommends the menu. There is something for everyone.
