Miller's Ale House - Lancaster

I'd stopped in for lunch soon after they first opened and was not impressed by the service at the bar. They weren't busy but service was slow and the bartender didn't seem too interested in her work. Stopped in again this week for lunch and the service was excellent. Kelly the bartender was very helpful and made me feel welcome. Her recommendations were great too. I'm be back and try some more of the lunch specials.

I have been several times and have always had a great experience; but it happened this visit was Father's Day around 4:30p and the hostesses thought it was more important to chat about their personal lives than remember that we were waiting to be seated. Once seated, no one came to our table to take out drink orders until the hostess noticed my husband's face and his displeasure with the service so far. After that, the service was great.

1st time here, very cool set up. If you choose to sit in the bar area, the garage like doors open to give a feeling of sitting outside. Bartender was very busy and it took awhile to get our order in, but she did tell us that she would be with us shortly. Huge selection of craft beers. They had a nice menu and we each ordered fajitas. They took a very long time to come out. It was good portions for both of us, but mine was not hot and both of our had a top wrap that was hard not soft as they should be. Despite that it was very tasty and our bartender was very attentive. Defifinitely want to go again.

The prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent. We had the huge ice cream cake for dessert and it was to die for! My dads soup came out a little cold, but the manager (without us even asking) came out and took the soup off the bill. Now that is excellent service! I am very much so looking forward to coming back!
