I am a sucker for Mexican dishes... but also appetizers... this place has very good options for both. And if you are picky, they modify.
We went for karaoke. And it was a lot of fun. We have some talented people that blend right in, and you would never even know that they have such wonderful voices! We had some authentic Spanish singers of all generations and some very traditional American performers.
Combine good food, the wonderful atmosphere, and alcohol there are good times to be had by all. If you didn't have a good time, and if you don't enjoy yourself when you go here, that's on you!!! Everything is there for you to have a good time!
Lovely restaurant!! Tequila has the best food and most authentic Mexican recipes in Lancaster (in my opinion). Such flavorful food with the friendliest staff. Prices are more expensive at this location than on Roherstown Rd, but it is definitely more of an “upscale” restaurant. Would definitely recommend!!
7-20-2023 First visit; I went for a late lunch & was very pleased. Good food; I got the combo, listed under appetizers. I also got chips & salsa, and beans. A bit pricey & they charge for every extra - but food WAS good, fresh & hot. They have a nice bar area, big fun dining room, and shaded back patio area. For people looking for restaurants that can seat large groups - this is it! But they were nice & attentive to a solo diner as well. My only critique is with their payment process. They bring a card reader to the table and they hold it while you use your card and you have to decide and enter your tip while they are right there; awkward!! I'll definitely be returning for another feast!
Our first time… and not what we would’ve expected. A wide variety of options on the menu, but things were a little on the pricey side. $20-25 for fajitas with meat that was a bit fatty and an extra $2.25 for some shredded cheese on top. Atmosphere was cool, but it was also very chaotic and seemed as if they were cramming in as many customers as possible, bringing in outdoor patio tables to seat customers inside. Nothing too special about the restaurant.
Overall, the restaurant is decent, however there were a few things that weren't so great.
1. We both got a 12 ounce frozen margarita ($10+ each), and neither of us noticed any alcohol. We were on empty stomachs and drank all of it, and felt nothing! - I couldn't tell if there was any alcohol in it at all!
2. The hostess was just there - she wasn't too friendly or welcoming. Our waiter was nice though.
3. Chips and salsa aren't included.
The main bad point was the margaritas - they tasted good, but nearly no alcohol. Disappointed by the drinks. The food was good overall. I've had better Mexican food before though.
