Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Me and my family love coming here and we usually order from here at least once every other week. But the service lately has been unpredictable. Sometimes it's great but lately it seems they are understaffed and overwhelmed which causes the product to suffer. We usually try to look past some small mistakes if its busy but we were very disappointed last friday afternoon. We were told the quesadillas would have to be made in the oven but we were not told how poor they would be made or we would have just chose something else. When we brought it back with question and this included other mistakes that were made and forgotten with our order we were shrugged off. It seemed they just wanted us to go away so they could just get through that busy moment instead of making sure the customer was ok. We were very sad because like I said we actually love coming here.

The drinks at Tropical smoothie are so delicious. They have regular smoothies to protein smoothes. So, if you're into protein or just some smoothies this is the right place for you. Oh, and they also have different varieties of foods so you can check those out too. It's a nice hang out spot for you and your friends or even family!

I typically stop at tropical smoothie 1-2 times a week for a good refreshing smoothie after the gym and sometimes I get food it's good
as well. The staff is great some of them know what I usually order,that's cool! So for a healthy beverage or bite to eat to take out or eat in I would recommend this place to anyone, enjoy and thanks.

I love this place! I have been coming to different area locations since I was a teenager and I have never disliked what I got.

The smoothies are sooo good and you can get a huge one here. They also have food but it doesn't live up to the smoothie. It was never bad, but the smoothies are why they stay open!

Quick stop for a meal or small meal. Service is quick, you can even order online via app.
Ingredients are listed which is great for people with allergens or food sensitivities. If you have an allergen or food sensitivity...let them know. Ask to have smoothies made in blender with blue lid.
