I went to Koshary Station for the first time with my friend Andie and her mom. I had never been there but I must say that it is such a charming place to eat. For us, it's convenient too because it's close to campus where we work.
I had their hibiscus juice (recommended by our waitress/cook/owner) which was so satisfying. The hibiscus juice has a wonderful floral yet fruity taste. I would describe it as a less dense grape juice with more of a berry flavor. I loved it so much, I had my husband pick me up another today.
I also tried the Moussaka with rice. For those who haven't had Moussaka, it is a vegan dish with fried eggplant, carrots, and peppers. It's a hearty dish which really satisfies the tastebuds. I definitely recommend it especially for those who are vegan and vegetarian. You will love it!
I ordered a side of their cheese spring rolls which come with a yogurt type dipping sauce. I'm not entirely sure what kind of cheese but the taste and texture reminds me of a creamy goat cheese and the dipping sauce gave a small kick of savory sweetness. I also had another order for my lunch today.
The final dish I tasted (today) was their shrimp pie. There are an explosion of flavors in your mouth with the shrimp, carrots, and peas in a flaky pastry. One word, Amazing!
If you haven't checked out this place, I urge you to go. They are affordable and the food is worth every penny!

We visited Koshary Station last week for dinner. We started with a cheese egg roll appetizer. It came with a creamy garlic dipping sauce. They were very good on their own but were also good with the sauce. They were made of a very light cheese and had an interesting texture.

I had the Chicken Fajita, which was really good. It is nothing like the Mexican version of this dish. My wife had the beef shawarma, which she really enjoyed.

It's not a very big place but the service was good, the food was terrific, and we really enjoyed it.

Fantastic new restaurant. Well be here again soon. The food tasted fresh, authentic, hot, and wonderfully delicious. The restaurant was impeccably clean. The staff were very kind. All my pictures are of half eaten food because it looked and tasted so wonderful I forgot to take pictures until I was mostly done. A new top ten favorite lunch spot of mine in Lancaster.

Great new restaurant! We came here for their opening day and enjoyed this place a lot!

The shawarma was very good, and it includes a small delicious side salad.

The atmosphere is cute - a nice small shop with about 8 or so small tables, and you order at the counter.

All of our food was very good, fresh, and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back!
