As a pho connoisseur, I think the broth can make or break a good bowl. Pho lotus delivered a delicious broth, quality fillings, and a very friendly experience. This was our first time here, and will definitely be our new regular spot.
As soon as I entered in I felt right at home. The cashier was very nice, helpful, and a great person overall!
I am a big lover of Pho, especially of Bun Bo Hue. So I usually use this Pho as a litmus test for each Pho restaurant. The Bun Bo Hue was refreshing, had a tasty but light broth, and a reasonable portion size that I could easily finish.
I would highly recommend trying this spot out!
Amazing place. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful man. I was never there before, so he explained most of the menu to me. I got the pork and shrimp Pho. Spring rolls to start off with, and a Thai tea to wash it down. The food was great. Lots of umami. Make sure to add the chili oil to you Pho. The man in the front of the shop was so nice, and full of information. It was a great experience, and I'll be back with the family.
The BEST Pho I have ever had. I’ve tried many places locally. They are very nice and it definitely gives you the small mom and pop feel. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their cooking. I usually get takeout but have also ate there and the waiter was super friendly and knew a lot about the food/culture. My husband loves their shrimp fried rice and their shrimp egg rolls! I order Pho every time bc it’s SO good!!!! Just go - you won’t regret it.
Highly recommend this family run restaurant. The Pho of is excellent. After talking to one of the owners I found out why. They spend hours boiling the beef bones to make their own authentic Vietnamese Pho broth. You can taste the difference. The environment seems a little sterile walking in the entrance, but this place is worth checking out. The environment is crisp and clean, and the service was great.
