Crane Room Grille

The Crane Room Grill is a really interesting place. It is handicap accessible & is spacious. The service was stellar. The kitchen was backed up, so the manager came out & offered us bread or chips. We chose the bread which was warm & delicious. We asked if it might be possible to get a cup of soup while waiting. The waitress left & came back with a cup of corn chowder, which was the best corn chowder I've ever had!!! I ordered crab stuffed mahi mahi with garlic mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus. My partner ordered the cedar plank salmon with wild rice & grilled salmon. Both our meals were to die for!!! The waitress was very attentive & kept our glasses filled with ice water. I don't know where he put it, but my partner ordered a slice of carrot cake ( which was huge), and he ate every last bite!!! He said it was absolutely delicious. The menu had burgers, soup, salad, sandwiches, pasta, fish, & entrees. They also serve alcohol & there is a bar on site. They bring out a tray of decadently delicious desserts after your dinner. Their prices are reasonable. It is a place for singles, couples, families, etc.

Everything was great. The music the food. It was a fun night to be out.

WOULD LOVE TO SEE "RANDY VELEZ" PLAY @ THE CRANE ROOM SOON! IT'S WELL WORTH THE TRIP DOWN THERE FOR ALL OUR GANG FROM HERMITAGE, PA.!!!

Lower ceiling would significantly lower bouncing/echoing sound waves in room, when people try talking-in front banquet room. Annoying! Otherwise the event was great, and service was wonderful. Food could be "healthier" though.

My family and i were seated almost right away. This is when we met a young man named ''Jacob C' . He noticed our waiter who seemed to be pregnant was occupied. He came over and took our drink order. Then very quickly he delivered our appetizer of artichoke dip and flatbread. We had a nice conversation with the young man. We asked the waitress to give him half of her tip and i hope she did. He made our dinner very enjoyable and i would definitely come back.
