II Tomato

First time here, will be the last. Although the food was good, you have to pay extra for a side salad, so 5 or 6 ravioli with a salad is going to run you at least $15. The acoustics are horrible, can hardly hear the person next to you. But the absolute worst experience was the service. Not only was the waitress inattentive and not supplying our needs, but when asked for something, she gave such an attitude that it made some in our party of 7 want to get up and give her a thumping. No complaints about the food but that's where it ended. Like I said, won't be going back. Chuck Tanner's is just down the road and their food is just as good, prices better, and service could not be worse.

II Tomato is one, if not the, best place to eat in the area. I've been there several times and the staff and owners show great pride in their restaurant. The restaurant itself is clean and beautiful. We usually come with a big crowd of us. Even on a busy Friday night I notice couples enjoying a quiet corner. The best part about this place is the food. I try to get something different when going out to eat but II Tomato has their Tour of Italy that has become my default. It's fantastic! Save room for dessert! As the owner will remind you, his wife makes the cheesecake. It's perfection on a plate.

Our first visit. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a party of four we got seated right away and the service was good. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. I recommend the Peach sangria.

Overall, there is a very nice aesthetic at this resultant. The service, however, is a different sorry. The hostess is not very friendly at all; the server I had was also very slow and kept forgetting things. A 3 dollar charge for a soup or salad is a bit overkill for an italian restaurant. The food was okay, nothing to rave home about.

really nice modern look inside. Friendly staff, great food selections. Everything was well seasoned and tasted amazing! This is the chicken caprese with pesto gnocchi. So tender and flavorful!
