Country Fare Restaurant

My first time here, even though I hv lived in the area for 14 years. Would definitely go again! Service was prompt and friendly and food was delicious! The candle-light in the dining room made it seem cozy on a cold, rainy night! It was very full - which we took as a good sign! ????

Love the atmosphere. The music is subtle and there isn't a lot of other noise besides other people quietly conversing and eating. So, you can enjoy conversation, company if you have some, and food. The food is pretty good. The prices overall are good; some things are a better bang for your buck than others. But overall a really nice homey place to grab a bite. Parking might be a bit of trouble because they are usually pretty full. But to me that's one of the best signs of a good place to eat because you know they get the customers.

The service and the food were delicious here, and I just have two complaints. Water for tea should be in something that keeps the extra water hot, not lukewarm./ my husbands broccoli was just barely lukewarm, and we love our food hot. Other than the food not being hot, we would not complain as the taste of our dinners were wonderful.

Only had dinner one here, but we have had breakfast numerous times! Not one bad experience, very kind a professional staff! And if you like wheat toast/bread, it is by far one of the best I have had!

Yes, yes, yes...the food options are traditional Americana. When you walk in you are immediately greeted. While you wait to be seated you can admire fresh made desserts and fresh salads...the lemon merengue pie was my favorite! Pretty busy, but the service was great, the prices are decent, and the food is perfection. Definitely would return.
