Very nice service personnel. Nice coffee break and very good donuts. Very clean.

Staff was kind and helpful. The doughnuts were tasty. I was able to place an order early for a dozen of doughnuts to be picked up Valentine's Day.

I loved the fact that its a smaller facility! Friendly employees and always clean inside! Great selection of Donuts! I will go OUT OF MY WAY( bypassing the other one in Lebanon)and go to this one, in/ near Cornwall!!❤❤❤❤❤❤

Nice clean store. Big improvements over the past few months. The workers were very friendly and helpful, coffee was fresh and my bagel was delicious! Only complaint was the conversation between employees was non -professional and loud enough for customers in the lobby to overhear. I have worked in retail for over 20 years, at a management level. If there's a legitimate complaint due to under staffing or if you feel your store manager isn't doing his/her job and meeting the needs of the customers and employees, it should be addressed to the district manager. It definitely wasn't being resolved between two coworkers with customers as being the audience. If anything instances like that create a non favorable work environment for everyone. And managers do deserve a day off too!
