Our go-to place for "quick" meal, always get one of their salads, only 4 stars because fast food places can't get enough workers, not always fast

One of my children ordered a salad for me, and was given the wrong one. Apparently it was a new employee and was not familiar with the different salads. Their "expediter" should have ensured the order was correct, when a new employee is on the "frontline."

I just posted elsewhere about this restaurant but I want to be sure their excellence is heard so I'm posting again here the same post.

Ok so I know what you're thinking...a review about Wendy's, really? But I'm telling you the staff at this location is superior. I just came from there and there was a late night rush so you think they would be cranking orders through to get home asap.

Not at all.

But they are ALWAYS kind and friendly here. So much so that I was moved to give a little Christmas gift to one of the staff. I don't say that to pat myself on the back but rather show how awesome they are.

But tonight they went above and beyond! I ordered avocado for my sandwich but when I pulled up to pay the nice drive through worker kindly apologized they were out. So no big deal, they'll just deduct it from my total...

No. Not here....

My whole meal was free...because they didn't have avocado!!!

As I write this I hope that there are no sickos who reads a review like this hoping to pull a fast one. Karma finds you.

I just think the world of this place and especially the staff.

We all know Wendy's is a cut above when it comes to fast food..the staff here...they are too!

Been to this location a few times. Food has always been good for Wendy's food. The cleanliness has been mostly questionable. The service and speed of service has always been okay. This last time we went through the drive threw and they forgot one of our items. I forgot to call it in too, oh well. Just make sure to double check your order if you go to this location.
