Dunkin'

It’s a surprise every time you go! Some days they get your order perfect and some days they kind of just give you your order how they want. A good example, ordered a frozen hot chocolate no whipped topping, got to the window whipped topping but I bet tomorrow if I ask for the whipped topping I won’t get it. It’s always a surprise and keeps you on your toes!

Just another Dunkin Donuts but service here is better than some other locations I've visited.

Counter people were not very friendly and almost bordered on rude. They seemed annoyed that our patronage was interfering with their conversation. Could also tell that I upset her when I started picking my dozen donuts rather than allowing them to be picked for me. I went along with that during my last visit and ended up with 5 plain donuts that were hard as rocks. I wouldn't recommend this branch if you can get to a better one - the one at the ATC is a little worse so try to avoid both of these Center City Allentown locations if you can.

I work right up the street so I frequent this dunkin a lot, i will say by far it has the most friendliest staff around. the girls there always have a smile on their faces and always are polite and pleasant. i was in the service business for 10 years so this is something i look for but most businesses fail at it. Thank you for always greeting me with a smile!
