    Hummus House is *the* best option for vegan and vegetarian food in the Lehigh Valley. The spot itself looks like something straight out of Berkeley-- really just an adorable house with greenery everywhere and signs inviting you in. The owner is super nice and friendly, as well as incredibly knowledgeable about food and nutrition. It's a family operation and very soon you meet the whole family.

    Love the food here! Authentic food and flavors, if you want real Mediterranean food in a casual setting this is the place! and you can enjoy sitting outside as well when it gets nice out!

    The food was tasty. My only issue was the flavors were a bit different than I expected. This could be a regional variation. They also have modern twists on traditional dishes which I did not try. I would recommend trying this restaurant.
