Strange Brew Tavern

Stopped by for lunch. The food was good, I had a steak sandwich and some wings and my wife had a wrap which she said was good. They have a good selection of beer that I did not try this visit but I've had some before. The place is kind of dark and dingy but the food is good and the beer is cold. We'll be going back.

Great local bar with a great beer selection. The food is absolutely top notch, with weekly specials changing every Thursday. Friendly bartenders with a fun environment, whether you need to go for food or just to pund down a few, this is a very good place

Local bar/restaurant worth visiting. Roating series of craft beers that has few rivals in the valley. Food is solid mix of pub fare. Service is dependable and knowledgeable.

The clams we're fantastic! Being local, I don't go in all the time, when I do I always order the clams! I had on another occasion had two orders of clams.. yes they are that good. The food is very good as well.. it wants to be expensive and yet kept at very reasonable prices.. they succeed at this! For me it is Allentown's hole in the wall... A good place to get together for drinks and conversation.. they do have a live band, however due to local restrictions, you will have to ask for more details. They only have live music I believe once a week or less, not sure about that. They also offer "the century of the mug" club.. 100 beers to try, if you finish all 100, your rewarded with a mug of your own that stays at the facility for your next visit!
