oh man the arepas were killer and the different sauces were a nice addition. they aren't messing around with that hot sauce one either its has great kick and flavor. also get the Venezuelan cheese on your arepa.

Very good food and clean place, everything is made fresh in front of the customers, but the man (who seem like either the manager or the owner) needs to slow down and keep in the back or something. He uses a dirty vocabulary and not everyone is ready for that when buying and seating there to eat. A place like that with an excellent location needs more music and less employees talking. My friends and I were trying to have a conversation but the man kept talking and cursing. We ate and ran out. Just ask for take out, arepas are not my thing but those were Wowsome!!!

One of the best hidden gems in downtown Allentown. A small unimposing lunch place with terrific food. They cook the bread for the arepas and empanadas on the grill per order, so you get delicious warm bread right off the grill. For some reason, if you do a Google search for lunch restaurants this does not show up. I recommend you give it a try.

The food is pretty good if you've never had Venezuelan staples. Happy to support fellow Venezuelans that provide great service. It can be a bit overpriced but it makes sense considering the location and the availability. I would definitely come back for a quick bite.

This is such an awesome new addition to downtown. La Bicicleta is a small place so might be easy to drive by, but you have to stop and check it out. The food is incredible. I’ve never had Venezuelan before and I have been missing out. I got a bowl with the shredded chicken, rice, plantains and beans. The bowl was $8.50 and I only was able to eat half the bowl. Their portions are great for high quality, fresh food. We also got the cheese appetizer (I forget how to spell it) and the empanadas which were 2/$5. Before coming I noticed some reviews complained about prices, but I felt for getting food made to order that was fresh and tasty- it was not at all overpriced. The service there is absolutely some of the best I have received in a restaurant in a while. They were so friendly and polite, everyone was smiling and obviously enjoyed their job. Can’t wait to go back.
